Eric Dwayne Hayslett is an award winning multi-instrumentalist, business owner, record producer, engineer, radio host, singer-songwriter of many genres including Gospel and contemporary Christian music.

Eric has toured British Columbia/Vancouver, Canada and the West Coast with Zakiya Hooker as her bass/keyboard player and musical director, and filmed a documentary with John Lee Hooker. For 3 years, he played bass and toured the U.S. and Europe with Hightone recording artist James Armstrong. He has also performed for the Cities of San Jose, Santa Clara and Cupertino, in and around the Monterey/Carmel Valley with his own band Faith & Fantasy. Eric produces various styles of music through his production company, e2music – including Adult Contemporary, Soul, R&B, Rock, Reggae, Blues, and Contemporary Gospel. He has done numerous volunteer work for ChildQuest International by producing the single “Keeping Hope Alive” by Danny Hull and John Lee Sanders. Eric has written and recorded “It’s About Us” with and for the Santa Clara Valley Children’s Shelter. He’s written many jingles for clothing stores, a cosmetics company, and a European bakery. Eric has founded a publishing/songwriting company called, “Nothin’ But A Thang Music.”(BMI) As a solo artist, Eric has opened for the late Roger Troutman & Zapp, Father MC and Sun Ra. He has played the Monterey, San Jose, Oakland Blues Festivals and many other festivals across the U.S. with both Taylor P. Collins and James Armstrong Band sharing stages with Joe Louis Walker, Charlie Musselwhite, Co Co Montoya, Shameika Copeland, Clarence Gatemouth Brown and Eric Burton.

His latest offering is entitled Call Me, which includes the Inspirational song “He Lives in us All”,  was inspired and sponsored by the http://www.JustinWise.com Foundation.

During the mid-eighties while living in Kansas City, MO, Eric ( lead vocals / multi-instrumentalist) was part of the R&B trio 3PM who were managed at the time by the Detroit, MI management team Lloyd & Lloyd. Lloyd & Lloyd were responsible for discovering and launching the career of MCA Records R&B outfit Ready For The World.  3PM also consisted of Kansas City residents Marlon Bankston (lead and acoustic guitars) and current CEO of indie Christian label Dreamin’ Out Loud Entertainment,  Arthur “Poetry” Payne III ( lead vocals / songwriter). Eric played and sang lead on the “Poetry” composition “Without You” which caught the attention of Motown Records in the mid-eighties, played and sang lead on the “Poetry” composition “‘Till This World Comes To An End” which was the A side of a pending MCA Records singles deal in the late 80’s, played, rapped and sang co-lead vocals on the “Poetry” composition “We’re On A Roll” for the B side of the pending MCA Records singles deal and won second place in a Battle of The Bands competition playing and singing a “Poetry” composition “All Alone Again”.
